These classes are ideal for those who want to shape and tone. The classes can help as part of a weight loss routine or focus on toning and shaping up.
Both classes increase your stamina and endurance, once it becomes a habit you will not want to give it up!
These classes are between 30 and 45 minutes with the option of using wrist weights and bands to increase resistance and promote muscle tone and strength.
